Hello,

I have a CA Pro account and I was trying to send emails through one of my php scripts.
For some reason, using sendmail does not work when using the PHP mail() function although the function returns true (email sent).
Unfortunately, the cpanel or ftp does not give me access to the sendmail log, so I am unable to troubleshoot this myself.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Normally phpmail function is enabled in all our shared servers. Not sure why this is not working well you. Please open a ticket with us; that is send a mail to Support with the required logins and steps to recreate the error as well.
