What do I need to do to use SFTP in transferring files? Is this part of the hosting plans?

I am, as you can see, unclear on this aspect of FTP.

Hi,

SFTP is available on our Linux PRO Plans and up. To use SFTP, you will either need to use an SFTP enabled FTP client or connect through SSH. I hope that information helps.
