I am very new to cpanel and am trying to update the IP address on a website I have volunteered to maintain, etc...
I am unable to locate the following path:
Main>>Account Information>>List Accounts.
What are the step by step directions to locate this....

The path that you are referring to is for the server.

If you have WHM installed in your account, then access WHM and follow that path.

How do I install WHM?

Thank you for your response.

The WHM installation actually depends on the type of Plan you are subscribed to.

If you're Hosting Plan is of our Shared servers, like CA-CLOUD-VALUE or CA-CLOUD-PRO for Linux, then WHM is not included.

WHM is only applicable for subscribers on a Reseller Plan, VPS or DEDICATED servers.
