What is the host url for remote access to my database? For example to do a mysqldump for back-up purposes?

If your domain resolves to our CWH server itself (ie, if 'A record' points to us), then you can use the domain name itself say 'domain.com' as the host for remote access. If you still find any issues with it, shoot in a mail with all details to Support.
