Please be advised that we will be performing an important scheduled Network maintenance in our Toronto Datacentre facility during the following date and time:

Thursday, November 13th 2014, from 10:00pm EST to 14th 6:00am EST (14th 3:00am UTC to 11:00am UTC).

This maintenance is necessary for Network Engineers and Data Center Technicians to power down one of two redundant distribution routers that services the Toronto Datacentre facility.

This work will be SERVICE IMPACTING; all customers in the facility can expect up to 5 minutes of intermittent routing and connectivity issues during this 8 hour change.

We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience that this may cause, and appreciates your understanding.

Canadian Web Hosting technicians will be on hand throughout the entire process.
