Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled network maintenance during the following window:

Monday, April 28, 2014 from 10:00 pm to Tuesday, April 29, 2014 12:01 am (Tues, April 29, 5:00 - 7:01 GMT)

This maintenance is necessary to upgrade capacity and redundancy on our network located at our Vancouver Facility.

As your network connectivity currently traverses the equipment that is being updated, you will experience a loss of network connectivity for approximately 1 minute. This is in order for the devices to do mac relearning. You may also notice brief periods of latency and packet loss throughout the 2 hour maintenance window.
