Contact Form on Joomla website not coming through

I have recently set-up a few websites....I set-up contact forms, however, when the contact forms are filled out and sent they are not coming through...I am thinking there is some kind of setting I need to change but I have not been able to figure it out....Any assistance would be appreciated.....Thanks.....Royce....

The action part in the contact form should be properly coded. If the mailing script present a cgi script, it must have 755 permission to execute and should ideally reside in cgi-bin.
It would be great if you open a ticket to
support@canadianwebhosting.com with the details. So, we can check this issue well.
